Digidia  is the official Organizer of this Exhibition here in & after is referred to as the Organizer
 
 
The Organizer undertakes to provide a shell scheme to all contracted Exhibitors which consist of: One Table, Tow Chair, Two Spotlights and One Electric Socket.
 
 
Organizer shall not bear any legal liability or compensations to any party in case of any political situation related to the host country or force majeure as defined by the chambers of commerce and international law (ICC500)
 
 
Exhibitors are required to comply fully with the laws,
customs, traditions and instructions of the organizing
company at all times and in case the exhibitor withdraws before the opening date of the exhibition, the withdrawal policy mentioned in the contract shall be returned
 
 
 
The Exhibitor must pay 50% of the rent value with the
signing of this contract on the payment of L 50%
according to the terms agreed upon in the introduction
to the contract. In case the Exhibitor fails to pay the full
rent on time, the company may terminate the contract.
 
 
 
The Exhibitors shall comply with Government's regulation. in regard to visa rules, no Exhibitor shall use his entry visa for any other purpose than the one intended for; two visas will be issued for each Exhibiting Company, Any Exhibitor disobey or dissent this rule will subject himself to a penalty equivalent to double the price of the value of one stand furthermore he will be brought to the law enforcement authorities.
 
 
 
 
The Exhibitors should adhere to the contracted space without any protrusion, and keep the place clean.
 
 
 
This contract is a document which is legally binding, and in case of any dispute, the hosting Country Law shall prevail, and its Judicial System shall govern any arising conflicts.
 
 
The exhibitor undertakes to send official documents required before the show began, by at least 45 days in case of failure, this contract will be canceled and loses any payment made.
